Fulgard is an Italian leader in the provision of services, products, and integrated systems for the management of safety, environmental protection, quality, and workplace health. The company was established in 2024 as a group of companies brought together, starting from Sicura S.p.A., a long-standing Italian company that has been active for decades in the fire safety and occupational health sector.

Sicura initiated a growth strategy through acquisitions, aggregating several companies specialized in safety, occupational medicine, and consulting and in 2024 the group adopted the name Fulgard.

With the entry of Seven2 in October 2024, Fulgard accelerated its growth by focusing an organic expansion and broadening its service offering within the Fire & Safety and Occupational Health divisions. The new strategy strengthened integration across business lines, enhancing synergies and cross-selling, with the aim of positioning Fulgard as a consolidator and a benchmark player in the Italian workplace safety market.

Siemens Bank GmbH supported the transaction by underwriting an Acquisition Interim Facility aimed at financing future acquisition opportunities and the group’s working capital needs.
