McAvoy has received investment from Duke Street and Goodbody Capital Partners. Deal consideration was not disclosed. McAvoy is a Lisburn-based modular construction company specialising in design, manufacture and delivery of offsite building solutions. The company was majority owned by UK private equity company Blantyre Capital and employs c. 160 people across five locations in the UK & Ireland. In FY May’24 the company reported turnover of c. £87.0m which converted to EBITDA of c. £1.9m.
