Goodbody acted as Joint Global Co-ordinator on a €109m placing of shares in Glanbia plc via an accelerated bookbuild led by Glanbia Co-Operative Society Limited. Goodbody also acted as Co-Manager on the concurrent issuance of a €250m Exchangeable Bond. This transaction secures funding for the €307m purchase of a 40% stake in Glanbia Ireland.
