HealthBeacon is an Irish digital therapeutics company that develops products for managing injectable medications for patients in the home. The Company’s mission is to become the world’s leading digital therapeutics platform for injectable medications and is expecting a 10x increase in the number of patients using its system from the end of 2021 to the end of 2023. Goodbody was engaged by HealthBeacon to explore various funding options for the Company. An IPO on the Euronext Growth market Dublin was the optimal outcome. Goodbody raised €25 million of equity capital for HealthBeacon at a market capitalisation of c.€100 million. The IPO generated strong interest across a number of geographies from the US, Europe and the UK and was a highly successful oversubscribed offering.
