The transaction will create a new leading group in the abrasives technology business with total sales of around €55 million. Fineurop Soditic assisted Surfaces Technological Abrasives, leading Italian provider of ceramics-working equipment controlled by the P.E. fund Xenon Private Equity VI, in the acquisition by ADI.
