This acquisition was Vistra's second transaction in India in 2016 post IL&FS.
The transaction supports Vistra's strategy to provide onshore corporate services, accounting, administration and compliance services in India to its clients globally.
Through this acquisition, Vistra group would expand its foothold in the Indian corporate and fiduciary services market.
