Hamburg Commercial Bank advised getproject GmbH & Co. KG, the Kiel-based project developer and operator of onshore wind turbines in Germany, on the sale of its shares in two turnkey wind farms in Brandenburg, Germany. The wind farms, which have been connected to the grid in June and September 2018 respectively, have a total nominal output of 20 megawatts (MW).

The buyer of the two wind farms is EWE Erneuerbare Energien GmbH, a subsidiary of the Oldenburg-based energy supplier EWE AG. "Hamburg Commercial Bank provided us with very professional and comprehensive support in all phases of the sales process" said Per Lind, managing partner of getproject. After the sale, getproject will continue to provide technical support for the two wind farms.
