ARCANO has acted as exclusive financial advisor to Generali - Tranquilidade, a global insurance company and its leading branch in Portugal, in the signing of a long-term insurance distribution agreement with Grupo CTT, the holder of the Portuguese postal services, whereby life and non-life products will be distributed through Grupo CTT 's network. In addition, Tranquilidade will enter the capital of Banco CTT through a capital increase of EUR 25 million.
