Arandu Sistemas, which specialized in software development for business management, was acquired by Grands Sistemas, a company that operates in the same field and owner of the Kigi Management System, in addition to other technology solutions, such as payment methods and customer service automation.

Arandu has been operating for over 25 years, focused on the apparel retail industry, building a remarkable reputation in the market and, through its Master Shop system, establishing a highly loyal customer base. With the acquisition by Grands, Arandu will start to work with the Kigi System, and its customers will have all the technological and service support from Grands.

Grands Sistemas is owned by Irrah Group, holding brands Kigi, Plug Chat, DisparaAi, E-vendi and Z-api with complementary technology solutions for businesses in a variety of industries.
