Miele Group acquires dust bag supplier Stevens International

In early 2021, Miele Group completed the 100% acquisition of the shares in family-owned dust bag manufacturer Eurofilters. Stevens International has been co-owned by Belgium based Eurofilters since 2006. Miele Group now takes full control over Stevens International by acquiring its entire activities. The sale was consummated by means of an asset transaction. Blacktrace acted as sole advisor to the shareholders of Stevens International.

Stevens International has been a renowned supplier of high-quality dust bags and complementary accessories for vacuum cleaners for domestic and industrial use since 1970. The company offers a comprehensive range of over 600 different product types, both private label and under its proprietary brand Kleenair. From its Netherlands-based premises, Stevens exports its goods to over twenty different markets. The company focuses on continuous development of new high-tech filter materials and vacuum cleaner accessories.
