The shareholders of M.M.Warburg & CO Hypothekenbank AG (Warburg Hypothekenbank), M.M.Warburg & CO (AG & Co.) KGaA (60 percent) and Landeskrankenhilfe V.V.a.G. (40 percent), are selling their shares in full to Münchener Hypothekenbank eG (MünchenerHyp).
