Mexico City, April 13th, 2022 - Fimecap, S.A. de C.V. (www.fimecap.mx) is pleased to announce the acquisition of 50% of Neomexicana by Oser Energía. Neomexicana is an off-pipeline natural gas distribution company that covers Mexico's central region. In addition, Fimecap advised Oser Energía in obtaining a credit facility for the adquisition.
This transaction represents another achievement for Fimecap, which has closed a number of M&A and Structured Finance transactions in Mexico over the last few years.
