IFG Group Plc was an Ireland and UK listed financial services group across two primary subsidiaries. James Hay is a provider in the Self-invested personal pension market, and Saunderson House, a differentiated independent wealth manager, both with strong reputations across their broad range of clients. In 2018, IFG generated revenue of £88m and operating profit before exceptional items of £10m.

Following the public to private transaction, Epiris plan to work with management to realise the growth potential of James Hay and of Saunderson House and to further enhance their position in their respective markets.
