QC is a leading group in the Italian wellness and thermal tourism industry, founded by the two brothers Andrea e Saverio Quadrio Curzio in 1998 and based in Milan.

The Group operates a chain of SPAs and wellness hotels across Italy and other countries, offering day-spa experiences including a range of wellness services such as thermal baths, saunas, steam baths and relaxation rooms.

Today, QC counts 12 elegant wellness centres and 7 wellness hotels and has become the most important and innovative business group in the Italian health and wellness tourism sector.

The financing facilities have been provided by Banco BPM, Crédit Agricole Italia, Monte dei Paschi di Siena, Banca BPER, Cassa Depositi e Prestiti and Intesa Sanpaolo.

The new funds will be used to support QC’s growth strategy via new openings in prestigious locations.
