Created in 2013 and promoted by BeNice Holding, TheNiceKitchen is specialized in the production of cooking, refrigeration, and washing systems for professional kitchens.

It is located in the heart of the Inox Valley, and it manufactures its entire range in Italy at its sites in Torreglia (PD) and San Vendemiano (TV), employing around 300 people. In 2023, TheNiceKitchen group generated revenues of approximately Euro 55 million, with 60% coming from international markets.

21 Invest will support the management team, in further accelerating development in international markets by strengthening commercial resources, optimizing the sales channel mix, and focusing on product development, while also pursuing M&A opportunities that could complement the group’s portfolio of solutions.

The purchase was funded through a mezzanine bond underwritten by Merito SGR and supported by Crédit Agricole Italia, BNL, BPER Banca and Banca Sella.
